Is there a perfect time to start your hcg treatment to reach your weight loss goals? Of Course!! Here are three guidelines to help you determine when to start reaching your goal weight.

1. HCG treatment lasts 40 days (or 25 days if you have less than 15lbs to lose) plus a 6 week transition period, so look at your calendar to see if you have any important events that will be hard to follow the HCG 500 calorie diet protocol during that time frame, for example, weddings, vacations, or holidays.
