Jamie Young, the founder and CEO of Real Results, has been helping people reach their weight loss goals for over a decade and truly loves her job. Her favorite part of helping people lose weight is the positive ripple effect that it has in the community. Feeling and looking your best not only makes a positive change in your life, it makes you a better employee, a better parent, a better friend and makes a huge difference in the lives of others.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia. After graduation Jamie spent time in New York City as an Athletic Trainer, and Athens Georgia as a personal trainer where she fell in love with how losing weight can change people's lives. She is excited to partner with the best medical professionals in the area to provide weight loss services to Real Results Patients. Jamie lives in Kennesaw with her husband Philip, their daughter Jayden, and son Jackson.

Bhavini Patel, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who brings a strong foundation in comprehensive adult healthcare to her work at Real Results Medical Weight Loss. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Patel specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based medical treatment designed to support long-term health outcomes.
Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua, where she developed a passion for whole-person, patient-centered care. Her background in internal medicine allows her to thoroughly evaluate metabolic health, cardiovascular risk factors, hormonal balance, and underlying medical conditions that can impact weight, energy, and overall wellness.
At Real Results Medical Weight Loss, Dr. Patel oversees individualized treatment plans with a focus on safety, medical precision, and sustainable results. She carefully reviews lab work, monitors medication protocols, and ensures each patient’s plan is tailored to their unique health history and goals. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate care, helping patients not only lose weight—but improve their overall health from the inside out.

Michele earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Sciences-Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida. After graduating, Michele spent the last 10 years working at both the collegiate and secondary school levels caring for student athletes. She has found that her passion is to help others reach their health and wellness goals.
Michele joined the Real Results team after losing over 50 pounds on the Real World Program. Michele lives in Riverview, Florida with her husband Zach, daughters Gabriela and Anna, and fur baby Ellie B.
